These terms govern every purchase from Nuvamin, operated by NuvaminLabs. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use by qualified researchers and institutions. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not dietary supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. By ordering, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that you will handle the materials in accordance with applicable law and good laboratory practice. We may refuse or cancel any order where we believe this condition is not met.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Orders remain subject to eligibility review, availability and payment confirmation, and are accepted when we issue an order confirmation. Payment instructions are sent to the email supplied with the order; payment is completed through the third-party method you select and is verified before an order is accepted. Nuvamin never requests your bank, payment-app or wallet login credentials. Prices are shown in US dollars and, unless checkout states otherwise, exclude sales tax, VAT, customs duties and import fees. The amount due is itemised in the cart and payment email; charges not collected by us are the recipient’s responsibility. We may correct obvious pricing errors or cancel and refund an order before dispatch.
Orders are packed for temperature-controlled transit as appropriate and include a certificate of analysis. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by carrier, customs, weather or destination-specific delays. Risk of loss passes on delivery. See Shipping & Returns for detail, including current service to eligible destinations in North America and Europe. We may decline a destination where sale, import or delivery is restricted by law or unavailable through our carriers.
All sales are final once dispatched. Because the products are temperature-sensitive research materials, they cannot be restocked and we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Requests concerning an order that arrives damaged, incorrect or materially inconsistent with its certificate of analysis are reviewed individually and may result in a replacement, store credit or refund at our discretion. Contact support@nuvamin.bio within 14 days of delivery with the order number, lot number and supporting photographs where relevant. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
Each lot ships with an independent certificate of analysis stating identity, purity and net content. Our sole warranty is that the product conforms to that certificate at dispatch; storage and use after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nuvamin is not responsible for indirect, consequential or special loss, loss caused by improper storage or handling, or any use outside the research-use restrictions stated in these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Ohio, except where a non-waivable law in your place of residence requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when an order is accepted apply to that order. Questions may be sent to support@nuvamin.bio.
