These terms govern every purchase from Nuvamin. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
All products are supplied for research use only. They are not intended for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and are not for human or veterinary use, or for use as food, cosmetics or household products. By ordering, you agree to handle the materials in accordance with the product’s Safety Data Sheet, applicable law and good laboratory practice. We may refuse or cancel any order where we believe this condition is not met.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to availability and are accepted when we issue an order confirmation. Institutional customers may pay against a purchase order on net-30 terms; other orders are paid by card or bank transfer. Prices are shown in US dollars and, unless checkout states otherwise, exclude sales tax, VAT, customs duties and import fees. The amount due is itemized in the cart and payment email; charges not collected by us are the recipient’s responsibility. We may correct obvious pricing errors or cancel and refund an order before dispatch.
Orders are packed for the storage conditions of each material and include a certificate of analysis for every lot. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by carrier, customs, weather or destination-specific delays. Risk of loss passes on delivery. See Shipping & Returns for detail, including current service to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. We may decline a destination where sale, import or delivery is restricted by law or unavailable through our carriers.
Unopened, ambient-stable materials may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Opened vials and temperature-sensitive materials cannot be restocked. Requests concerning an order that arrives damaged, incorrect or materially inconsistent with its certificate of analysis will result in a replacement or refund. Contact support@nuvamin.bio within 14 days of delivery with the order number, lot number and supporting photographs where relevant. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
Each lot ships with a certificate of analysis stating identity, purity, water content and net content. Our sole warranty is that the product conforms to that certificate at dispatch; storage and use after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nuvamin is not responsible for indirect, consequential or special loss, loss caused by improper storage or handling, or any use outside the research-use restrictions stated in these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Ohio, except where a non-waivable law in your place of residence requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when an order is accepted apply to that order. Questions may be sent to support@nuvamin.bio.
