Every order includes its certificate of analysis and is packed in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging selected for the material and destination. Dry ice or gel packs are used where appropriate. Accepted orders are generally prepared for dispatch within one to two business days, excluding holidays and periods of unusually high order volume.
The purchaser is responsible for confirming that the products may be lawfully purchased, imported, possessed and used at the delivery destination. Customs duties, brokerage charges, import taxes and permits are the purchaser’s responsibility unless expressly shown as included at checkout. We may refuse an order where delivery is restricted by law or unavailable through our carriers.
Check the packaging and vials on delivery. Lyophilised peptides tolerate transit well; store as directed on each product page (typically −20 °C, desiccated, protected from light) as soon as the box arrives.
All sales are final once dispatched. Temperature-sensitive research materials cannot be restocked, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or materially inconsistent with its certificate of analysis, contact support@nuvamin.bio within 14 days of delivery. Include the order number, lot number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where relevant. Each request is reviewed individually; where approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
An order remains awaiting payment until funds are received and verified. Unpaid orders may be cancelled if payment is not received within the period stated in the payment email. Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch by emailing support@nuvamin.bio.
Carrier estimates are not guarantees. If tracking shows a material delay, loss or delivery exception, contact us promptly so we can open an investigation with the carrier. We will assess an appropriate resolution once the carrier’s findings and the circumstances of the shipment are available.
