Cold-chain dispatch

Every order is packed with the certificate of analysis, sealed under nitrogen, and dispatched on dry ice in insulated packaging. Orders placed before [PLACEHOLDER — cut-off time] on a working day ship the same day.

Rates & delivery times

• Shipping is a flat $6.00 — free on orders of $60.00 or more.

On arrival

Check the packaging and vials on delivery. Lyophilised peptides tolerate transit well; store as directed on each product page (typically −20 °C, desiccated, protected from light) as soon as the box arrives.

Returns

Temperature-sensitive research materials cannot be restocked once dispatched, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. We refund or replace in full any order that arrives damaged, incorrect, or out of specification against its certificate of analysis. Report the issue within [PLACEHOLDER — e.g. 14 days] of delivery to lab@nuvamin.bio with your order number and photos where relevant.

Failed payments & cancellations

If a payment fails or you cancel on the payment page, nothing is charged and your cart is kept so you can retry. Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch by emailing lab@nuvamin.bio.
