Nuvamin ("we", "us") operates this website and supplies research-use-only compounds to qualified researchers and institutions. The data controller is Nuvamin. You can reach us at support@nuvamin.bio.
We use personal data to review and process orders, take payment, arrange delivery, send receipts and certificates of analysis, respond to support requests, maintain business records, comply with accounting and tax obligations, secure the website and prevent fraud. Depending on the activity, we rely on performance of a contract, legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or consent where required. Nuvamin operates under the applicable laws of Ohio and the United States of America; additional privacy laws may apply based on where you live.
Your selected payment service (to process payment), our shipping carrier (to deliver), our email provider (to send invoices and receipts), and our hosting and database providers (to run the site). Each receives only the information reasonably necessary to perform its service and is expected to protect it appropriately. We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or a valid government request.
Order and transaction records are ordinarily retained for five years from the date of purchase for accounting, compliance and product traceability. We may keep a record longer where required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve a dispute. Other data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@nuvamin.bio. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General or the privacy or data-protection authority responsible for your place of residence.
The site uses browser local storage to remember your cart and your completed researcher-verification acknowledgement. We do not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If our use of cookies or analytics changes, this policy will be updated before those tools are used where prior notice or consent is required.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires it, we use appropriate contractual or organisational safeguards for international transfers.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, providers or legal obligations. The current version will remain available on this page, and the date above identifies the month of the latest published version.
