Nuvamin ("we", "us") operates this website and supplies research materials to laboratories and institutions. You can reach us at support@nuvamin.bio.
We use personal data to process and deliver orders, send confirmations and certificates of analysis, answer support requests, keep business and tax records, and keep the website secure. Depending on the activity, we rely on performance of a contract, legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or consent where required. Nuvamin operates under the applicable laws of Ohio and the United States of America; additional privacy laws may apply based on where you live.
Our payment processor (to take payment), our shipping carriers (to deliver), our email provider (to send confirmations and receipts) and our hosting provider (to run the site). Each receives only the information it needs to do its job and is required to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or a valid government request.
Order records are kept for five years from the date of purchase for accounting, tax and product traceability. Other data is deleted or anonymized once we no longer need it for the reason it was collected.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@nuvamin.bio. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. The site uses your browser’s local and session storage to remember your cart, your preferred shop view and your most recent order. We do not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
