About Nuvamin
Nuvamin began in 2014 as a small contract analytical lab in Columbus, Ohio. Most of our early work came from research groups who wanted to know what was really in the reagents they had bought. We found cofactors that had oxidized in storage, standards carrying far more water than the label said, and lots that behaved nothing like the one before.
After a few years of testing other companies’ materials, we started supplying our own. The plan was simple. Keep the range small enough that we can test every lot properly. Put everything in the same vial. Publish the data, so our customers don’t have to repeat the work.
Today we supply university labs, hospital research groups and biotech teams across North America and Europe. Every material is still tested and released in the same building where we started.

Quality
Raw material arrives with the manufacturer’s paperwork, but we don’t rely on it. Every lot stays in quarantine until our own testing is complete.
1H-NMR and high-resolution LC-MS confirm the structure. We compare both against reference spectra we hold for every material in the library.
HPLC for purity, or charged-aerosol detection when a compound has no chromophore. Karl Fischer for water. Vials are filled by weight on calibrated microbalances.
A second scientist reviews the data before QC signs the certificate. The lot number on the vial links back to that record for five years.
