HPLC purity verified on every batch, with the chromatogram published. Our release floor is 98%; most lots clear 99%. Below spec never ships — it is destroyed.
A 10 mg vial should contain 10 mg. We verify net peptide content by quantitative amino-acid analysis, not by weighing the salt and hoping.
Lyophilised under vacuum, sealed under nitrogen, stored and shipped cold-chain at −20 °C. Degradation is a supply-chain choice. We choose otherwise.

Quantitative amino-acid analysis confirms actual peptide mass per vial — not gross weight inflated by counter-ions and moisture. Under-filled lots do not release.
Each lot is screened for endotoxin (LAL) and microbial contamination before release, with results stated on the certificate rather than implied by the word “sterile”.
Every certificate of analysis is archived online for five years, searchable by lot number. If a supplier won’t show you the paper, you already have your answer.
